Welcome to Proflify, a progressive web application (PWA) developed by Atomlit Labs. By accessing or using Proflify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Proflify web application, you agree to comply with these terms and any future amendments. Atomlit Labs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Use of the Application

Proflify is provided for profile analytics, audience growth intelligence, and AI content generation purposes. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the application.

3. Intellectual Property

The Proflify application, including its design, code, graphics, and logo, is the intellectual property of Atomlit Labs. All rights, title, and interest in and to the application are and will remain the exclusive property of Atomlit Labs.

4. User Accounts and Security

If you connect your Google Account for Drive Backup, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Atomlit Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. As a local-first app, you are also responsible for safeguarding the device where your data is stored.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of Proflify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Third-Party Services & APIs

Proflify integrates with third-party platforms (like Dev.to, Reddit, HackerNews) and AI providers. Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those third-party services. Atomlit Labs is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these external APIs.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ATOMLIT LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ATOMLIT LABS, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APPLICATION;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APPLICATION; AND
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF ATOMLIT LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atomlit Labs and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
